Abstract
|
|
|
Elephantiasis nostras is an epidermal lymphedema due to chronic lowgrade streptococcal infection.
A 20-year-old female patient has purulent rhinorrhea with frequent ulceration on nostril for 5years and facial edema with marked darkishred left eyelid swelling for 3 years. She was well controlled. with nose dressing and antibiotics with steroids.
